A great book for creating party cakes for the beginner with simple step-by-step instructions and images/photos and lots of detail on the basics of cake decorating such as what equipment to use, the type of cake tins to use, lining novelty tins etc.

The book also has lots of timesaving tips, troubleshooting and suggested tools of the trade and a detailed recipe section including special dietary requirement recipes such as diabetic or gluten free. This book is highly recommended for the beginner cake decorator.
